Murcia Airport

The project for the new passenger terminal of Murcia airport addresses basic issues of architecture for this typology. A terminal building symbolically represents the gateway to a place. This is why signage and identification with the place is strongly involved in the project. The building is protected from direct sun in summer and accessible in winter. The cross-section ensures natural ventilation, creating a microclimate inside.
