Health Tech Synergy Hub in Wroclaw

The project is conceived as a direct response to its urban context, where the volume and geometry emerge from a reading of the surrounding buildings and natural landscape. A simple prismatic form is adopted to ensure efficiency in distribution, maximizing natural light, views, and functional clarity through a predominantly south-oriented layout. This linear volume is strategically fragmented into two parts to adapt to the site’s geometry and to reflect the scale and proportions of adjacent structures, particularly integrating respectfully with existing elements. At the same time, the design maintains a contemporary architectural language, subtly referencing traditional sloped roofs in the upper levels to establish continuity with the surrounding urban fabric without resorting to mimicry. From an urban and architectural perspective, the project emphasizes connectivity, permeability, and public engagement. A central lobby cross the building from street to river, creating a visual and physical connection between different urban fronts while activating the ground level as a semi-public space. This gesture is reinforced by exterior elements such as a panoramic staircase and a plaza that connect the building to nearby green areas and pedestrian flows. The compact footprint allows for the creation of open landscaped spaces, enhancing the relationship between built form and environment. Overall, the project balances integration and identity, positioning itself as continuation of the existing urban fabric and a contemporary intervention that enriches spatial, social, and environmental dynamics.
