Four Underground Railway Stations

Finally, the L9 line runs on elevated tracks over Carrer A in the Zona Franca area. The stations are organized on three levels: street level (entrance), higher level (platforms) and the second floor (services and installations). Visually, the whole is finished with lightweight materials such as steel and glass, in addition to the calculated use of lighting. Reflections, transparencies, slender supports and unusual treatment of light sources preclude any sensation of weightiness with minimum impact on visual continuity at street level.
